Particularly aromatic on the nose with characteristic vegetal notes of sugar cane. The 51 degrees of alcohol give fullness to the taste and are well supported by sweet sensations which make for excellent pairings with buffalo mozzarella from Campania. The typical vegetal notes of sugar cane are also present. Excellent persistence. Thanks to the high alcohol content, we also recommend it served on the rocks.
