The Grappa Berolà:

We select only the pomace of the native vines subjected to soft pressing and we work them immediately.

Respecting the processing times of the raw material allows us to obtain grappas with a fine and balanced flavor. Thus each of our grappas tells of the careful work done in the vineyard and the winemaking year, communicating the distinctive character of the grape variety it belongs to.

The term "grappa" refers exclusively to the pomace distillate made in Italy.
