The Berolà Rum

The cultivation of sugar cane has a historical trace in Campania. Our project: get a Rum from the fermentation of pure sugar cane juice in the manner of agricultural Rums. We grow the raw material on our fields in Portico di Caserta. In the summer period with the reeds up to 3 meters high the atmosphere is Caribbean.
