Shipping policy
Orders placed are normally shipped the day after payment has been received. Delivery usually takes place within 24-72 hours of the courier's arrival. Some shipping methods are traceable and therefore can be constantly followed during the various phases of the shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier you will receive a tracking number which will provide you with details on the delivery situation.

In the event that you receive a damaged, incorrect or non-compliant item, we invite you to contact us by telephone or email within 3 days of receiving the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.
We assume no responsibility for any missing goods inside the package if this is indicated in the DDT and in the commercial document
As already reported in the terms and conditions, the responsibility is borne by the customer once the order is shipped.
The customer can choose to insure their goods during the purchase phase.
Should there be problems with the loss of the package, the company will do everything possible to facilitate the resolution of the problem but will in no way be able to assume the costs associated with any loss.
The customer acknowledges that the collection of the product is his responsibility and if the delivery is not successful twice the product will be stored and if it is not collected within the deadlines then pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. the contract will be considered terminated. Once the contract is terminated and the goods are returned to the warehouse, the total amount will be refunded minus the delivery and return costs.
