Refund policy


We have a return policy connected exclusively to the non-conformity of what was received with the order placed (see damages and problems below). To initiate a return you can contact us at info@beroladistillati.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@beroladistillati.it.

Damage and problems 


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. 
 Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers. 
 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
