Our spirits are produced using local fruits. Respect for seasonality, careful research of the raw material, spontaneous fermentation and artisanal bain-marie processing are our guidelines.

Our alcohol yields can vary from 3% to 5% depending on the fruits and their sugar content. From 100kg of fruit you can produce approximately 7-10 liters of distillate. A true quintessence with very low yields.
