The Limoncella apple belongs to the family of forgotten fruits. A medium-sized apple with a greenish skin color that can only be found in some local markets. We propose it in its aged version where the contribution of wood has left its expressive freshness unchanged.

Our small oak barrels (from 30 to 100 litres) have a very high exchange surface, which leads to greater oxygenation of the spirit and a more intimate contact with the wood. The evolutionary process is very intense, just think that after just one year of aging we record a loss of alcohol of around 12%. However, the part of alcohol that flies away leaves us with all its richness, what remains is a true golden quintessence.
